Signed or personalized books are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item.
Unsigned books may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unread, and in their original condition. Please contact us before returning an item. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they have been shipped or personalized. Once an order has been prepared for shipment or personalization has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
